Encryptionizer encryption software delivers server-side encryption for MSDE (Microsoft Database Engine) databases and columns. It will mainly be of interest to developers distributing MSDE-based applications, and to owners of Encryptionizer for SQL Server who are distributing/replicating data on MSDE based workstations and laptops. In most areas, Encryptionizer for MSDE is the same as Encryptionizer for SQL Server, except that it does not support SQL Server Enterprise Edition nor SQL Server Standard Edition. However, it supports several platforms not supported by Encryptionizer for SQL Server, including Windows ME, Windows 98 and Windows 95.  Please refer to the technical specifications for more information.
