APPEND BLANK.

Btrieve returns this error when an index has been
flagged as unique, and you attempt to add a new record with a non-unique
key value. In the case of APPEND BLANK, it means that a
blank record already exists in the file.
>>RESOLUTION/FIX:
First, if using RaSQL/B 6.0, you must upgrade to 6.1.
Next, specify N_XHARDWRITE(.F.) immediately after N_XLOGIN.
