SUPPORT *
Our Gold level of support includes both direct contact with a support engineer via
phone and email, as well as software patches, updates and upgrades.
Support Hours: You may submit a support request via our Support form
24-hours a day/7 days a week. Or via phone message to our support line.
Response: You will hear back from us within 1 business day. You will
receive a regular status report on any open question or problem.
Liaison: Name two people who will work directly with our support staff.
Online Help: You can access all of our web-based support resources.
Maintenance: The Gold Plan includes software upgrades, updates, and
patches for the duration of your support plan. **
Emergency Response: 24/7 emergency response available by phone on a cost per incidence
basis. $250 for the first hour or portion thereof; $100 each additional 1/2 hour.

SILVER
SUPPORT *
Our Silver level of support includes both direct contact with a support engineer via
email, as well as software patches, updates and upgrades.

Silver Level Support is not available for Encryptionizer DE or Encryptionizer for SQL/MSDE Developer Version in the first year.
15% of license cost (min. $750)
* First year of support is a required purchase with the purchase of any Encryptionizer license.
** In order to be eligible for software updates and patches for your product in any support plan year, you must maintain a continuous, uninterrupted support plan. To ensure that you have the best level of service, Support Plans are automatically renewed each year. Renewal will ensure that you have the latest software available as well as continuous protection should an issue arise.
